The Canadian federal government is poised to reveal its national hydrogen strategy, saying in June 2020, “We are seeking to identify opportunities for clean hydrogen production and optimal end-use across the economy, in the short, medium, and longer term, while also identifying export market growth potential for Canadian clean hydrogen, as well as hydrogen and fuel-cell technologies and services.”

Now is an ideal time to showcase Canada’s opportunity and ambition to a global hydrogen audience, and to create connections with hydrogen communities in nations further along the hydrogen journey. The Canadian edition of our global hydrogen series will bring together policy makers with industry and the investment community to identify actions that that will help realise the huge opportunity within Canada.
